History of Biology Seminar: Thursday, May 14th – Tuesday, May 19th, 2026
Travel Days: Wednesday, May 13th & Wednesday, May 20th
Arrivals begin on May 13th with dinner included and departures finish on May 20th with lunches included.
Location: Bay Reading Room, 2nd Floor Lillie Library, Marine Biological Laboratory

If you are flying into Boston, either the Peter Pan Bus Line or the Plymouth & Brockton Bus Line have convenient bus service to Woods Hole from Boston Logan Airport. This trip takes about 2 hours depending on traffic. In Woods Hole, the bus stop is located at the Steam Ship Authority, 1 Cowdry Rd, Woods Hole.
Peter Pan information for 2026:
The bus makes stops at all Logan Airport terminals (A, B1, B2, C, and E).
The pick-up time on your ticket refers to Terminal A, where service begins promptly.
If you’re at B1, B2, C, or E, pick-up may vary due to airport traffic; it typically takes 15–20 minutes to reach all terminals.
Pick-ups are made from the Arrivals level, just outside the baggage claim areas, look for the orange "Scheduled Bus" signs.
The bus stops are conveniently located near the following exit doors at Terminals A-E
- Terminal A: Exit door A105 and the stop is to your right.
- Terminal B1: Exit at door B105 for Gates B1-B22, and the stop is on your right
- Terminal B2:Exit at door B115 for Gates B23-B28, and the stop is on your right
- Terminal C: Exit door C110 will be the farthest door to the right in baggage claim.
- Terminal E: Exit door E107 the stop will be right outside the door.
Please give a clear signal to the driver as the bus approaches.
Important note: All buses circle the arrivals level at the terminal twice: the first loop is for dropping off passengers arriving at Boston Logan, and the second loop is for picking up passengers departing from Boston Logan.

Directions to the MBL/Swope Center from the Steam Ship Authority are on the map. Please check in at Swope Front Desk for your ID and room assignment. After hours (8pm off-season, 9pm season), call the phone number on the Swope Center door for security to check you in.
