Center Faculty Named as Sustainability Scientists & Scholars
“I am pleased that so many of my colleagues have been named Sustainability Scientists and Scholars at the Global Institute of Sustainability (GIOS), in recognition of the essential and integrative research they conduct. This new designation within the Global Institute of Sustainability is intended to recognize the contributions to sustainability research and application made by faculty members across the university, and to acknowledge that advancing the sustainability agenda at ASU will require engagement across disciplines and schools. The new Sustainability Scientists and Scholars will be essential in determining the direction sustainability science takes at ASU over the next decade, and I look forward to working with them in that endeavor.”
